For 28 days, we'll tell you what to eat, how to work out, and even how much to sleep, to help you get closer to your Movie Star Body! And best of all, this program is open for all levels! So even if you've never stepped foot in the gym, or haven't worked out in ages, we still got your back!

Here's what's going to happen next:
1. You will be sent a welcome email (check your inbox and spam!) with a link to your customized dashboard. Log in using your email address and unique secret code (which will be shared in your welcome email!)
2. Once you've logged in, you'll see a nutrition questionnaire link. Fill that in so we can get started on your diet plan!
3. Our in-house nutritionist will send back your custom meal plan over email and WhatsApp. We'll also send them in a handy PDF format so you can view the plan easily on your devices!
4. Before the program starts, you'll be placed in a dedicated WhatsApp group (if that's the option you selected). Otherwise, you will get all relevant information, including the live class link, sent directly to you on WhatsApp

Can beginners do this program?
Yes they can! The program is designed to increase in intensity as the weeks progress, so even if you're completely new to working out, you'll see amazing changes in your stamina, strength, and overall fitness levels by the end of 28 days! -
When are the classes?
Classes will be Mon-Sat, you can attend any one of the locker room sessions! You can access this on your phone or your laptop. -
If I can't attend a live class, can I still do the workout?
Yes you can! After every session, we'll upload a recorded version of the workout. This will be shared with you on WhatsApp.

What are Locker Rooms?
For people who want live feedback while doing recorded classes, we have locker rooms! This is where a trainer from BoxFit watches you over a video call, while you work out to our live or recorded classes to provide feedback, form correction, overseeing and making sure you’re getting the best out of the workout. This feature is completely free and available in all our online programs! We have morning and evening slots, depending on the program you sign up for.

What do the different enrolment options mean?
We give all our participants a variety of enrolment options that work best for them when they're signing up.
Single - Enrolment for 1 person
Workout only (no meal plan) Single - Enrolment for 1 person where they only get access to our workouts, not to the customized meal plan
Buddy (2 x enrolment) - Enrolment for 2 people
Single + Band - Enrolment for 1 person along with a resistance band for doing more challenging moves
2 x enrolment + 2 Bands - Enrolment for 2 people along with 2 resistance bands
MSB Full Throttle: 2 MSB Projects - Enrolment for 1 person in 2 consecutive MSB Projects
MSB Triple Threat: 3 MSB Projects - Enrolment for 1 person in 3 consecutive MSB Projects -
When will I get my meal plan?
Once you've filled out the form on your dashboard (login info will be shared in your Welcome Email), we'll send you your customised meal plan (plus recipes!) there so you can access it at any time! -
Will my meal plan be personalised to me?
Your meal plans are customized according to your goal, and are based on the optimum nutritional approach we recommend for best results. However, if you wish to personalize your meal plan based on preferences or unavailability of certain ingredients, then drop us a message and we'll connect you with our nutrition team! -
Can I eat home-cooked food?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. When you're eating home-cooked food, you get full control over the recipe, which results in healthier, more nutritious food! -
Will I be added to a WhatsApp group?
Once your registration is complete, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group that will have your trainers on it. Your trainers are a mix of motivator, sensei, and cheerleader, so if you have any questions, they're just a message away! -
How do I speak to my trainers?
You can message your trainers on your WhatsApp group whenever you want, so feel free to reach out! -
What equipment will I need for this program?
None! The best part of this program is that you can do it anywhere, anytime. But if you're an MSB veteran, then we suggest adding resistance bands & giving the advanced movements a shot!
