Welcome to MSB: Transform, a guided fitness program that will transform your fitness and mindset once and for all!
Here, you will train under the personal guidance of BoxFit CEO and co-founder, Rahul Kaul. He will understand your goals and your challenges, and design a sustainable solution that's geared toward your success.
What Makes MSB: Transform Different?
Oftentimes, fitness can be daunting and overwhelming, especially when it comes to figuring out what works for you. This is where MSB: Transform comes in. Your consistency coach will remove the guesswork while providing support, expertise, and motivation every step of the way.
In this program, you will learn:
- to identify what has held your fitness journey back
- tools to help you overcome your failure points, e.g. food cravings, stress, lack of motivation, etc.
- how to keep yourself motivated and build your willpower throughout your journey
- which workouts are best suited to your individual body type and goals
How Does it Work?
The program will be split into 3 months (FYI, this remains the same even if you've chosen the 1-month option). Each month will have certain goals and targets that you will work towards, with Rahul's help.
Month 1
- Understand current lifestyle and challenges to ascertain positive and negative behavioural patterns
- Learn the meaning of Deep Rest and the role it plays toward your long-term well-being and fitness goals
- Break down larger goals into smaller, actionable habits via micro-skills
- Track progress through weekly check-ins and calls
Month 2
- Evaluate the success of habits incorporated in Month 1
- Test newly acquired skills and habits through small challenges
- Build groundwork to inculcate habits for long-term success
Month 3
- Understand how to overcome major life changes that can break routine and how to get back on track fast
- Ensure newly acquired habits are a fundamental part of the lifestyle
- Establish groundwork for positive habits to ensure success post-program completion
What You Need to Know

⌛ Workout Duration: 45 mins
🕢 Workout Timing: 5 pm/ 7 pm (recording available on the app post- 9 pm)
Locker Room Timing: 6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm, 8 am, 9 am
📅 Total program duration: 1/3 months (LIVE workouts Mon-Sat)
🏋️♂️ Equipment Required: NONE (BUT, if you want to kick things up a notch this time around, we'll provide advanced options with a resistance band!)

Here's what happens next:
1. When you sign up, you'll be contacted by Rahul for a detailed introductory call. He will learn more about you, your goals, and help you design a sustainable lifestyle plan that will help keep you on track.
2. You will also be sent a welcome email (check your inbox and spam!) with a link to your customized dashboard. Log in using your email address and unique secret code (which will be shared in your welcome email!)
3. Once you've logged in, you'll see a nutrition questionnaire link. Fill that in so we can get started on your diet plan!
4. Our in-house nutritionist will send back your custom meal plan on your dashboard. We'll also send them in a handy PDF format so you can view the plan easily on your devices!
5. Once the program starts, Rahul will schedule a time for a weekly call with you so you can discuss your progress, your challenges, and get motivated for the upcoming week! Here, they will identify your pain points and find the best way to keep you consistent as the weeks go on.

- What happens when I sign up for MSB Transform
- When you sign up, you'll be contacted by Rahul for an in-depth 'get to know you' call. Here, he will learn what makes you tick, what motivates you, and what has caused you to pause your journey in the past. Once he has all this information, he will be able to design a lifestyle plan that will suit your goals, your motivations, and keep you going!

Can beginners do this program?
Yes they can! You can choose between the Beginners or Intermediate options for the intensity that suits you best! Plus, our programs are designed to increase in intensity as the week progresses, so even if you're completely new to working out, you'll see amazing changes in your stamina, strength, and overall fitness levels by the end of 21 days! -
When are the classes?
Classes will be Mon-Sat on the BoxFit at Home app, but you have the option of multiple Locker Room slots where a trainer will be watching you work out and provide feedback to you as you go along! -
If I can't attend a live class, can I still do the workout?
Yes you can! After every session, we'll upload a recorded version of the workout. This will be available on the app/ website. -
Can I view only MSB classes on the app?
Nope, that's the best part! From the moment you're registered to the end of the program, you have full access to all our on-demand classes. So if you want to get started a bit earlier, go for it! -
When will I get my meal plan?
Once you've filled out the form on your dashboard (login info will be shared in your Welcome Email), we'll send you your customised meal plan (plus recipes!) there so you can access it at any time! -
Will my meal plan be personalised to me?
Your meal plans are customized according to your goal, and are based on the optimum nutritional approach we recommend for best results. However, if you wish to personalize your meal plan based on preferences or unavailability of certain ingredients, then drop us a message and we'll connect you with our nutrition team! -
Can I eat home-cooked food?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. When you're eating home-cooked food, you get full control over the recipe, which results in healthier, more nutritious food! -
Will I get a list of items to buy beforehand?
Yes, we'll send you a shopping list in the same email with your personalised nutrition plan. Keep an eye on your dashboard! -
What equipment will I need for this program?
None! The best part of this program is that you can do it anywhere, anytime. But if you're an MSB veteran, then we suggest adding resistance bands & giving the advanced movements a shot!
