Meet MSB Beginners- a beginner-friendly program that eases you into the awesome world of fitness! With low-impact, no-equipment exercises, a pumped-up playlist, and that signature BoxFit vibe, our trainers make sure you're having fun and building up a sweat!

Each exercise will have two variations-easy and intermediate. As you go through the program, you'll find yourself getting stronger day by day. Each workout session will be divided into 2 parts of 20 minutes each. The first 20 minutes are non-negotiable, but the second set of 20 minutes can be added on whenever you want to push yourself a bit more!

Our aim is to provide consistency over intensity. If you can only work out for 20 minutes a day, every day, that's enough!

With our guided workouts, you'll have a chance to gain a deeper understanding of fitness fundamentals- form, strength, and stamina. Our low-impact movements will ensure that we're easy on your joints, not your fat ... And best of all, our trainers will be cheering you on every step of the way!
MSB Beginners will help you strengthen your foundation, improve your strength, and help you feel more confident, every day of your life!

Here's what's going to happen next:

1.You will be sent a welcome email (check your inbox and spam!) with a link to your customized dashboard. Log in using your email address and unique secret code (which will be shared in your welcome email!) 

2.Once you've logged in, you'll see a nutrition questionnaire link. Fill that in so we can get started on your diet plan! 

3.Our in-house nutritionist will send back your custom meal plan on your dashboard. We'll also send them in a handy PDF format so you can view the plan easily on your devices!

4.Before the program starts, you'll be placed in a dedicated WhatsApp group (if that's the option you selected). Otherwise, you will get all relevant information, including the live class link, sent directly to you on WhatsApp

  • Can beginners do this program?
    Yes! The workouts are designed to be easy on you, while still helping you kickstart that fat-burning process! This program is for people who want to stay active, get moving, and just feel better overall, because, at the end of the day, that's what fitness is all about!

  • If I can't attend a live class, can I still do the workout?
    Yes, you can! After every session, we'll upload a recorded version of the workout. This will be available on the app/ website by 6 pm.
  • What do the different enrolment options mean?
  • We give all our participants a variety of enrolment options that work best for them when they're signing up. 
    Single - Enrolment for 1 person
    Workout only (no meal plan) Single - Enrolment for 1 person where they only get access to our workouts, not to the customized meal plan
    Buddy (2 x enrolment) - Enrolment for 2 people
    Single + Yoga Mat - Enrolment for 1 person along with a yoga mat
  • What is the duration of the workout?
    The workout will be broken into two parts of 20 mins each.
    Part 1 is mandatory i.e. we expect you to do it each day to get the desired results
    Part 2 is optional i.e. we recommend doing it on days when you feel like pushing yourself!
    Therefore, we expect you to work out for a minimum of 20 mins each day during this program and a max of 40 mins on days you feel like it. 
  • When are the classes?
    Classes will be Mon-Sat, 5 pm, on the BoxFit at Home app. You can access this on your phone or your laptop/ browser.  
  • When will I get my meal plan?
    Once you've filled out the form on your dashboard (login info will be shared in your Welcome Email), we'll send you your customised meal plan (plus recipes!) a few days before the program starts so that you can prep accordingly! 
  • Will 20 mins be enough?
    Yes! To get the desired results when you're starting out, 20 mins of workouts is enough, if done right. And hey, if you feel like pushing yourself then you can do the second half of the workouts as well, which comes out to about 40 minutes of exercise
  • Will my meal plan be personalised to me?
    Your meal plans are customized according to your goal and are based on the optimum nutritional approach we recommend for the best results. However, if you wish to personalize your meal plan based on preferences or unavailability of certain ingredients, then drop us a message and we'll connect you with our nutrition team!
  • Can I view only MSB classes on the app?
    Nope, that's the best part! From the moment you're registered to the end of the program, you have full access to all our on-demand classes. So if you want to get started a bit earlier, go for it! 
  • Can I eat home-cooked food?
    Yes! In fact, we encourage it. When you're eating home-cooked food, you get full control over the recipe, which results in healthier, more nutritious food!
  • Will I get a list of items to buy beforehand?
    Yes, we'll send you a shopping list in the same email with your personalised nutrition plan. Keep an eye on your inbox! 
  • Will I be added to a WhatsApp group?
    When you sign up, you'll be given the option of being added to a WhatsApp group, or getting your information sent to you directly. 
  • How do I speak to my trainers?
    You can message us on WhatsApp at any time! Your trainers will be on your WhatsApp group or following up with you personally. 
  • What equipment will I need for this program? 
    None! The best part of this program is that you can do it anywhere, anytime, at your own pace. 
  • What do I do if I miss a workout after joining the project?
    No worries! We give all participants an extra week so they can catch up on any missed classes/ workouts!
