Movie Star Body: Advanced!

Starting January 9th, we'll take you through 4 weeks of fat-scorching, muscle-building workouts that will ignite your metabolism and get you maximum results! 

This is where strength training  🏋🏾‍♂️  meets plyometrics  🤸🏽‍♂️  meets boxing 🤼‍♂️ meets kickboxing 🥋 ...

In other words, it's where your calories come to cry!

This program is built for people who:

  • Want to take their fitness to the next level
  • Want to perfect their boxing/kickboxing technique
  • Want to build muscle and get lean

But that's not all...

Each week's workouts will prepare you for weekly challenges- you will participate against other competitors in our Arena to be entered into our Hall of Fame! 

What You Need to Know

 Live Class Timing: 8 pm

⌛ Workout Duration: 40 mins

📅 Total program duration: 28 days (LIVE workouts Mon-Sat)

🕒 Locker Room timings: 8am ,8 pm

You'll be placed in a dedicated WhatsApp group and you will get all relevant information, including the live class link, sent directly to you on WhatsApp

FAQ

  • Who can do this program?
    If you've been working out for a while (for e.g. successfully completed our MSB Project) and think you want to push yourself more, then this program is for you! We recommend people who have been working out and now want to see serious results to join this program.

  • When are the classes?
    Classes will be Mon-Sat Live at 8pm, You can join the Arena (Locker Room) for help with form correction. 

  •  Can I eat home-cooked food?
    Yes! In fact, we encourage it. When you're eating home-cooked food, you get full control over the recipe, which results in healthier, more nutritious food!

  • Will I be added to a WhatsApp group?
    Once your registration is complete, you'll be added to a WhatsApp group that will have your Team Leader for the duration of the program. Your Team Leader is a mix of motivator, sensei, and cheerleader, so if you have any questions, they're just a message away!

  •  How do I speak to my trainers?
    You can message your Team Leaders on your shared WhatsApp group whenever   you want, so feel free to reach out!

  • What equipment will I need for this program?
    You'll need dumbbells and resistance bands for this program to get the max benefits!

The Best Home Workouts

I have been a part of the Boxfit Fam for almost a year now and have done couple of MSB’s and MSB Advanced, i never imagined that i would be so consistent with the workouts, the unique way in which this bunch gets you hooked up to a healthy lifestyle is just insane. There workouts are curated in such a way where you work on your overall body in the whole program at the comfort of your home and if that is not enough they lure you with dope gifts after winning challenges and you begin to appreciate your body and not just via workouts, they give you a a meal plan according to your preference and thats the thing everyday you are having a healthy meal which is different and tasty at the same time, it has never been so easy to maintain a diet. Apart from this regular lifestyle tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Any query you have they will be right by your side to assist you no matter what and make you feel part of the fam. I feel like boxfit is like reading a book and everyday its a new chapter and you are going to learn something new and its exciting. This is the most paisa wasool thing ever, trust me! Now if you have read so much, just go for it and if you are not sure which program to choose, dm them on insta and they will help you out.

I have been a part of 3 MSB advance projects and the experience has been amazing. Workouts at your own time and so much packed up in just 45 minutes. Locker room instructors to guide you on your postures, constantly monitoring your every move to achieve maximum results. It has helped me achieve consistency with my workouts. Instructors like Ajay, Romish, Shaurya, Akhil, Manik and Dikshika are super fun and their individual style just adds up to it.

Boxfit advance programme is extremely good for people who want to workout at home without lot of equipments. They make you work hard and sweat during that 40 minutes everyday along with best postures. It brought consistency in my workouts.
