After working with thousands of clients, we know that success only happens when a program is enjoyable and sustainable.
Today's first tip is really simple. A lot of people underestimate the importance of hydration when it comes to fat loss, but drinking plenty of water really is one of the easiest steps you can take for a healthier body and mind.
When the correct amount of water is consumed for your body type, some of the key benefits include:
- Healthier skin
- Healthier teeth and bones
- Healthier joints
- Improved digestion
- Reduced fatigue
- Increased fat metabolism
So how much water should you drink?
The amount of water you should be consuming depends on a number of things, such as your body type, activity levels and climate, but as a general rule we recommend drinking between 2-4 litres per day. This may seem like a lot, but trust us it really will work wonders for your body.
Tip of the day
Aim to drink 2-4 litres of water.
Focus on your hydration today. Aim to drink a glass of water when you wake up and continue to hydrate throughout the day. Rather than waiting until you're thirsty and gulping litres down at a time, aim to drink water consistently. We recommend that you carry a water bottle with you at all times to remind you to stay hydrated.
